I have always been fascinated by the human body and how every part of our body, mind and spirit are intimately connected.
My journey towards greater health and wellness began 10 years ago when I hit the heaviest weight I had ever been. It was this moment where I made a conscious decision to take action and put my health before anything else.
Throughout that time, I tried to navigate my way through this diet and that diet, I found myself seeking gym after gym and I was extremely confused by all the conflicting health and wellness information out there. I was struggling with low self-confidence, poor body image, sluggish digestion, fatigue, low immune system, mercury toxicity and amenorrhea (absent menstrual cycle).
After countless failed attempts, I finally educated myself on how to lose weight the healthy way and threw away all the diets that never served me. There's many out there and trust me, I've tried most.
And, the results spoke for themselves! I lost 22kg’s over 18 months and I did this by moving more, eating smarter and improving my mindset. I didn’t restrict calories, I learnt to listen to what my body needed and I had sheer determination. I felt full of energy and finally felt proud of my body.
More recently, I have struggled with amenorrhea (for 5 years), adrenal fatigue and gut issues. It was this that led me to Paul Chek's Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, where I firstly experienced the coaching as a client and then went on to become a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach myself, to give back to the world something truly amazing, that I hold close to my heart.
The healing properties of nutrition, movement, energy, lifestyle and mind continues to blow me away and I am forever witnessing how our body and mind can heal.

Having now studied Paul Chek's advanced training in Holistic Health & Lifestyle Coaching, that ‘missing’ piece; a holistic approach has been filled. It is my purpose to help women achieve optimal health and wellness and realise their full potential, by treating them as a ‘whole’. I believe no two people can possibly be the same and YOU are unique!
My clients are able to know what it truly feels like to improve their fertility, reach their healthy weight, have abundant energy and be full of life! My clients become more aware of how their nutrition and lifestyle habits affect their mind and body and they learn how to restore balance.
