Avocado & Mint Smoothie


This green goodness is full of healthy fats that will keep your insides happy and nourished. The energising benefits of peppermint will waken up your taste buds and give you a sense of freshness that will kick-start your day.

Perfect for breakfast as it includes protein from the gelatin, good fats, your all important greens and the blending supports digestive health.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
  • 1 handful fresh mint (or 2 drops of pure peppermint essential oil)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed gelatin mixed in 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 ice cubes


  • Blitz all the ingredients together and sprinkle a few extra chia seeds or desiccated coconut on top with a strawberry to garnish.

Tip: Always mix the gelatin in with the almond milk before adding to the smoothie to ensure it is mixed well. Add more almond milk or water if desired, depending on the desired consistency. This smoothie should be creamy and thick.
