Nutrition plays a crucial role in achieving the weight and body you desire. I will teach you how to eat according to your own unique needs, to listen to your body, reduce inflammatory foods and nourish your body with energy-building nutrients, know which foods to eat and which to avoid. You will have a deep understanding of the important of quality water and know your personal calculation for water intake. You will have access to daily support when making nutrition choices, endless recipes, shopping lists and so much more.

Rest is crucial for fat loss and sustainable change. It is too often overlooked in many ‘diets’ and weight loss programs, which is one significant factor that sets this program apart from many. You will learn the difference between ‘working in’ and ‘working out’. You will understand the impact that stress has on our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual self and begin to implement daily self-care practices. This will be a huge component of your journey!

You will learn the difference between ‘working in’ and ‘working out’. I will help you discover your deep meaningful goals, your blocks, your true happiness, your motivators, values, inner dialogue, self-love and body acceptance. It all begins in the mind!

You will understand different types of movement, establish your own routine that fits your lifestyle and know what types of movement your body needs. You will receive incredible motivation from the group support and push through those barriers. Exercise and movement will soon be enjoyable, as will many aspects of your life!
