DIGESTIVE HEALTH


Do you experience bloating? Constipation? Low energy?

Food sensitivities and/or intolerances? Belching and burping? Gas?

Nausea after eating? Undigested food?

These are just a few signs of poor digestion but the list goes on.

Did you know that according to years of research papers, over 90% of the worlds population is constipated! This is what I see with almost every client of mine as the contact me for coaching. It is no wonder that these clients and the general public is always tired and sick! 

So what causes constipation? There are so many reasons and all are within your control!

If you eat food you are intolerant or sensitive to, lack of movement, when you don’t have enough water, when you overburden your system with too much food, lack of nutrients, processed foods, low fibre in the diet and poor breathing throughout the day.

All of these things inflame our gut and stress the digestive system. When you are constipated, bacteria then has time to multiply in your digestive tract. From there the bacteria can move through your body to different organs, which leads to toxicity.

And we all know what happens to a toxic body, it becomes inflamed therefore you are more prone to being fatigued and sick. Not to mention the impact that a toxic body has on your mental health. When your body is toxic and inflamed, the same toxins get sent to your brain, which causes a whole host of symptoms including brain fog, anxiety, depression, anger, and the list goes on.

For many years, I experienced poor digestion and it wasn't until my body started showing me more signs and symptoms that I started to really listen. 
It took a 'whole mind-body' approach for me to improve my digestion and reach optimal health!
