WHY TAKE A HOLISTIC APPROACH
A holistic approach to health and wellness ensures that every aspect of YOU is considered when coaching you to greater energy, vitality and overall wellbeing. Rather than focusing on the illness or the symptoms, I assess the root cause and how everyday choices can heal the body. I look at how your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health are affecting your health and I focus on using nutrition, movement, stress reduction and lifestyle as drivers to heal the body and mind.

We work together by taking realistic and achievable steps to reach your goals. Whether that be to find balance, reduce stress, improve digestion and gut functioning, to sleep better, balance hormonal health, make positive food choices or to look and feel your best.
Step 1: Contact me today to schedule your FREE 30 minute initial consult. This is an opportunity for us to discuss the coaching process, price, your health history, health goals and for you to ask any questions you may have. It is also a chance to see if we are good fit to work together, depending on your goals and expectations.
Step 2: Once you decide to take your health to the next level, you will be provided with a take-home comprehensive assessment that looks at all systems in your body. This thorough assessment process identifies your priority areas and any imbalances in the body. It requires you to reflect on your nutrition and lifestyle habits, along with your health history, major stressors and symptoms you may be experiencing.
Step 3: Your first coaching consultation will then take place to explore your assessment answers and results. We will explore your short-term and long-term goals and discuss the plan for the following coaching sessions.
Step 4: This is where you begin your weekly/fortnightly coaching sessions, which is completely individualised according to your assessment results, your metabolic needs, priority areas and your goals. At your final session, your health and wellness will be assessed again to help identify improvements, any further areas of concern and reflect on your health and wellness journey.
